One of the ways we serve our customers is by reviewing every drawing for cost-savings. During quoting and manufacturing, our team highlights the cost drivers and initiates cost saving processes. Our engineering staff submits ideas to our customers with the cost savings amount.

We offered one customer a $500,000 savings on a five year machining project by redesigning a cast aluminum part into an extruded aluminum part. Not only did this offer cost savings, it reduced the lead time and allowed the product to function better! Our team also initiated a $380,000 cost savings program by developing a dip-brazed housing that was originally designed as a casting. Our finished housing cost the same as the raw material of the cast designed item!

We manufacture parts of all varieties, but we excel at extrusions and castings. One of our strongest forte's is machining card guides on castings, aluminum and steel. We have developed an inexpensive method to assure accuracy while machining deep narrow card guide slots as seen to the right. We use this technology on many dip-brazed housings too!
